In the event of a fine
Up to €32,000
For breaching occupational health and safety requirements where this created a risk to an employee's health or life, the maximum fine for a legal person is up to €32,000 (TTOS § 27-1 to § 27-5 paragraph 2); for a natural person, up to 300 fine units.
