Estonian law requires every employer to arrange occupational health services for their employees, yet many business owners are unclear on what this means in practice: which documents are needed, how often health checks must take place, who must act as the workplace health and safety specialist, and so on.

TT24 content is based on current Estonian legislation (the Occupational Health and Safety Act, known as TTOS) and official guidance from the Labour Inspectorate (Tööinspektsioon). Every statement is referenced to a specific TTOS provision so that readers can verify the source themselves.
